Batanes 2019 (Basco)

It has been on our bucket list since we started the #uysantosapinas endeavor. We promised that we will never go out of the country until we experienced the #breathtakingbatanes. Indeed! It is breathtaking.  Whether you face south or north, left or right, everything is beautiful! It's perfect, really the best of the Philippines.

Day 1.  We checked in at Ztone House which we booked thru Airbnb. It's worth the price! We had the North Batan Tour on our first day. It costs Php1, 000 and takes 4-5 hours. For our case, we have a very accommodating guide from Vatan  Inn Tours and he didn't mind extending the hours, plus he's really good in taking pictures, instant prenup! You can check their FB account and talk to Kuya Jolito. Our guide's name is Rafael. I highly recommend him!

First stop of our North Batan Tour! Para ma feel daw na nasa Batanes na talaga!

Day 2.  The following day, we were picked up by Rafael at the Ztone House at 5am. We had to start early as South Batan tour destinations are from from Basco.  The South Batan Tour costs Php1500.

These are the places we visited:
Chawa Viewdeck
San Carlos Borromeo Church (Simbahan ng Mahatao)
Blue Lagoon (Huhmuron Cove)
White Beach (Maydangeb Beach)
Old Spanish Bridge
House of Dakay
Honesty Store
Alapad Hills
Rock Formations
Rakuh a Payaman (Marlboro Country)
Tayid Lighthouse
Diura Fishing Village
Spring of Youth

Chawa Viewdeck. Nadaanan na namin sya nung Day1. Pero along the way sya pa South Batan. Di na kami nagpicture ng Day2 kaya eto na lang. Naexcite lang si Rafael na dalhin kami sa 'Welcome to Basco' signage nung Day1. Dami ebas!

You can write your thoughts at any book here at Mahatao Church

San Carlos Borromeo Church

 Blue Lagoon (Huhmuron Cove)
This is how we went to White Beach from the Blue Lagoon. Muntik na akong hindi magkasya! Don't worry, may other way naman para sa mga medyo malulusog at ayaw sa masikip!
 White Beach (Maydangeb Beach)

coconut trees at the White beach

Old Spanish Bridge

House of Dakay. Masarap kakwentuhan si Tatay na bantay dito! Apo sya ni Dakay. Para kang nasa history class.

Oh pak! Galing talaga ni Rafael sa shots!

 Alapad Hills
Pahinga muna. Daming lakad, lakas ng hanging. Relaxing!

BLOW UR HORN

This way to the Rock Formation viewing grounds. Eme! Di ko alam tawag.

Marlboro Country! Bukod sa giraffe sa damit ni kuya mo, madaming hayop ang nagkalat dito sa Marlboro. Kaming, baka, manok at kung anu ano pa. Malaya sila!

Sarap nang kwentuhan kapag ganito ang background!

Tayid Lightgouse
Oh pak!

So perfect!

2017 didn't start good for us.
Looking back on what we've been through, we can both remember the pain and dismay.
Maybe, we're both thinking who to blame.

But life is just that! We commit mistakes.
We disregard "stuffs", and we only realize its worth when its gone.

And we learn from it.
It makes us stronger.
It makes us better.
The necessity to survive alone exists.

But destiny won't let us travel parallel roads
It ensures that in the crossroads we'll meet again.
What's important is we don't rush things.
Let time heal, let things go into its own place #InHisPerfectTime

A year of roller coaster ride has passed...
A "yes" and a "rest"
A "go" and a "no"
A   "late' and a 'wait"

A year of roller coaster ride; and we survived!

And now, #ILookUs and I see a love that is "proven by nature and tested by time"
